How can SMEs and Individuals re-visit their abilities for innovations and transformations during the pandemic ?

The World Bank (2017) defines social inclusion as a “process of improving the terms on which individuals and groups take part in society – improving the ability, opportunity, and dignity of those disadvantaged on the basis of their identity.”

Following the definition of this social inclusion concept and an article written by Yeung (2018), Commerce Daily that the important factors for talent development under the “Belt and Road Initiative” include: employment opportunities, opportunities for further education, exemption from professional examinations, and prioritization of talent development in the new economy of the “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative, such as project manager professional development.
