Sustainable Market Leader with Performance
On 11th August, 2021, the author interviewed the Chairman, IOT HK Association / Managing Director, Rightlink Technology Ltd. on the futures of education in relation to sustainable consumers and sustainable service providers under COVID-19 with sustainable performance in e-commerce industry.
Mr. Chong pointed out that building consumer confidence on companies, products/ services with knowledge of cross-disciplinary is important to make business sustain. In the past, professional knowledge is one of the ways to benchmark a company’s performance. Under the new normal of past 20 months of COVID-19, Mr. Chong realized that:
