This well aligns with a recent paper of Yeung (2021) presented in the 8th Responsible Management Education Research Conference related to “Transform with New product/ Service Design with CSR and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”.

Seven papers were found in the qualitative keywords search using N’Vivo. After reviewing the papers, several factors appeared to relate to outstanding products or services for sustainable business, create perceivable differentiated market, intellectual property and unique features. Findings revealed that some factors such as outstanding products or services for sustainable business and create perceivable differentiated market.

As a proactive, innovative and transformative business/ social leader, it is time to re-visit the key elements for sustainable business with market uniqueness and branding for rebuilding a team of transformational business/ social leaders for resilience.
