On 15th May, 2021, Mr. Bernard Chan, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China delivered Opening Remarks for the Hong Kong Sustainable Impact Forum in the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC).
